What are the transfers made from?
Our premium high quality heat applied custom iron on transfers are Premium PU Vinyl, Subli Block PU Vinyl, Glitter PU Vinyl, and Full Vibrant Colour Eco-Solvent Printed Premium PU Vinyl. NOT lower quality with poor wash-ability and low colour vibrancy like DTF (direct to film), DTG (direct to garment), Plastisol Ink, Screenprint or Laser/Inkjet printed paper types of transfer.
Made from high quality (PU) Polyurethane Vinyl, it is a premium heat transfer that has a strong thermoset glue. When heat is applied, our iron on transfers for most types of clothing will stick to all cotton, cotton/polyester blend, 100% polyester, sublimated polyester and many other organic and man-made materials, and can be ironed on with a domestic hand held home iron that has a manual temperature control or, with any make of hobby hand held heat press or, commercial clamshell or swing away heat press.
How good is the wash and wear durability?
Our premium quality iron on transfers for clothing are produced with durable long-lasting wash-ability properties that when easily applied using our simple application instructions, they will outlive the life of your garment. Unlike other types of heat applied transfer such as DTF (direct to film) in particular that requires a cold gentle machine wash or hand wash, then hung on a line to dry, our transfers can be washed with your normal washing routine and will withstand normal washing machine temperatures, also, our iron on transfers can be tumble dried along with other washed items with your normal tumble drying process, no special method is required, except that like all printed garments it is best to turn them inside out at the get go.
